The Warrick Lane development is part of the Blacktown City Centre transformation. Blacktown City Council has been evaluating the redevelopment of an existing car park and adjacent commercial buildings along Warrick Lane and Main Street, within the Blacktown CBD region.
Steensen Varming was engaged to provide the mechanical, electrical, lighting, audio visual and ESD services design for Warrick Lane Precinct.
The project embraces a Masterplan approach that allows for flexibility and scalability, well services the precinct to accommodate the future buildings inclusive of power, ICT and NBN services and demonstrates Design Excellence. The design for the 400 space underground carpark addresses environmental long term maintenance issues. Specific aspects to efficient Vertical transportation design, lighting, ventilation and security have been integrated withing the architects’ solution.
